Masaltos.com has been awarded with the National Award for the SME with Best Payment Practices in 2022.
The award distinguishes Masaltos.com for having managed to efficiently improve its supplier payment conditions and practices, as well as complying with the company’s payment commitments. The Jury has highlighted the contribution of Masaltos.com to the growth of the Spanish economy and the fight against late payment.
These awards, known as the Business Oscars, are awarded by CEPYME among almost 3 million SMEs in Spain (medium-sized enterprises).
The CEPYME Awards ceremony, which this year was attended by the Minister of Transport, Mobility and the Urban Agenda, Ms. Raquel Sánchez Jiménez, is a highly anticipated event in the Spanish business sector. This award recognizes the work and dedication of small and medium-sized companies that contribute significantly to the country’s economy. In addition, these awards encourage fair competition and innovation in the business sector which, in turn, benefits society in general.

Mr. Andrés Ferreras, Founder and Honorary President of Masaltos.com, has received the award from Mr. Valentín Arce, Commercial Director of Informa, the leading company in the supply of Commercial, Financial, Sectoral and Marketing Information.
He was also accompanied during the award ceremony by Mr. Gerardo Cuerva, President of Cepyme and Mr. Antonio Garamendi, President of the Spanish Confederation of Business Organizations (CEOE).
CEPYME (Spanish Confederation of Small and Medium Enterprises), is the main Spanish business organization for small and medium-sized companies. It is made up of territorial organizations at the provincial and regional level and sectoral organizations at the national level, which bring together more than three thousand grassroots business organizations, which represents practically ninety-nine percent of the associations of small and medium-sized companies existing in Spain. This organization brings the voice of small and medium-sized companies and the self-employed to the main Spanish and European Union institutions.
For its part, CEOE is another of the main business organizations in Spain, which represents Spanish businessmen and integrates public and private companies from all sectors of activity.
For Masaltos.com, this award is recognition of its commitment to corporate responsibility by highlighting Masaltos.com’s firm commitment to pay its suppliers upon receipt of invoices and the implementation of systems that facilitate the processes of Payments.
On the other hand, Masaltos.com was also a finalist in the International Development category, due to its presence in more than 120 countries on five continents.
