Masaltos.com was established in 1993 on the idea of two people. Shoes that make you 7 centimeters taller without anyone else knowing how. A brilliant idea that the founders of Masaltos.com had implemented through the internet in 1994 with a solid dream: to make all men around the world taller.
The company has been operating online for 25 years and many things have happened during this time. In 1996, we sold our first pair of shoes outside of Spain, to Denmark. Thereupon we start receiving orders from Germany, France and Holland. Masaltos.com had turned its international expansion into reality.
Ever since, we have signed collaboration agreements with the most important internet portals worldwide. The Trade Commission of the European Union has chosen us as a reference company. We team up with an Italian artisan and designer of high Italian shoe industry, signed the height increasing footwear distribution agreement with a Japanese company. The President of the Government has awarded us the prize for the “SME with Best Payment Practices” recognizing Masaltos.com’s contribution to the growth of the Spanish economy and the fight against late payment. The company has also been granted the National Internal Trade Award by the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism for the excellence in local economy development and business modernization through IT.
Many things have happened during this first quarter of the century. So many that HM King Felipe VI congratulated us on our 25th anniversary for impactful presence online, which made us all proud.
Despite all this, HM Queen of England, Elizabeth II, had also one more surprise for us up her sleeve. HM sent us her congratulation letter on our 25 years of success on the internet. Not many companies can boast of an even such as 25 years of online experience.
We are grateful to The Queen, as well as to the British Royal House for such a kind gesture to our entire team, which we form at Masaltos.com.
